How to use?
Enjoy a nice warm shower, bath or sauna for at least 5-10 minutes. Do NOT apply any soaps or lotions as the fabric relies on friction to remove dead skin. Wet the glove and squeeze out excess water, leaving the mitt slightly damp. (The mitt will shrink after the first wash.) Remove your body from the water and make sure your skin is damp, not overly wet. Exfoliate your skin using long upward and downward strokes until you see dead skin cells roll away.
Rinse away the dead skin and let the glow begin. After exfoliating ritual, rinse the glove with water, wring it and let it hang dry. Do not machine wash.
Use once or twice a week in order to see optimal results. Replace your exfoliating glove every 8 weeks.
